  My experience overall with KeyMe was okay. They got a locksmith to me in a timely manner to open my mailbox and replace the lock. Over the phone they told me it was going to cost $30 for the technician to come out and then I would be giving a estimate on the rest. I was not given a estimate which is partially my fault for not following up about that before the technician began drilling and doing the lock on my mailbox. Once he was all done and charges were totaled up. It costed me $379 for this service which is crazy! I paid and was happy to at least be able to access my mailbox. But my luck it figured my property management actually reached out to another locksmith company and submitted a work order request right after the job was done. The other locksmith informed me he would of charged $80-$90 to do what these guys did. They did what I asked them to do, but I still feel like I was scammed or way overcharged for this service.

  Had me waiting over 2 hours. I Was locked out my car and house, and had my young boys with me. I ordered pizza and we ate the whole thing waiting for the locksmith.... Charged me 200 dollars and my f ing door is bent now.... I guess thats what I get for locking the keys in the car....

  Thank you I needed to make a key for the Hospice care giver last minute. Keyme locksmith machine being in the Smith's supermarket right next door really saved my butt! Thank you again
