I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment early in the morning and when I called I was told someone would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting I finally broke in through a window. Debating the cost of repairing a window or paying a locksmith, little did I know they made me pay a 29.00 service fee and no one even showed up. I called and canceled the service. The customer service on the phone was good but I will never recommend them to anyone after charging for a service that wasn’t even received.

I was surprised the keys were mailed and not instant, and shocked at the price, $10 per key, but overall, each key worked and I really enjoyed buying novelty keys. Rainbow and Darth Vader keys are AWESOME!

This is the second time I have used KeyMe and both times I was totally satisfied that the key that was cut fit my car EXACTLY!!! I got two keys for less than the price of a blank UNCUT key price from the dealer. WOW!
