  ROBBERS!! My realtor got locked into an empty condo that she had gone over to take pictures of. I called the locksmith. They took longer than what they had told me. When he arrived the locksmith told me the cost would be more than usual because it was a Saturday $998.00. Outrageous. He called his boss and it dropped to $450. Still outrageous but I had to get the realtor out. He than wanted to charge me for keys-95$ for a lock that came with keys. Do not use this locksmith. He was messy overcharged me. Used cheap materials I will need to get the door jab fixed as he left a big hole.

  Called their service and quoted us for the locksmith to come and do our room for 29.99$ For picklocking our door. They said to wait for the locksmith to call until then. But then around 2 minutes after, we found our spare key for the bedroom and called to cancel. However, nobody call us from the locksmith! We called back to the service twice, first guy hung up halfway canceling while stated there is a guy coming already, and the second person tried to charged us 29.99$, which I did not recall them saying anything about charging a fee for cancelling and that price was the quoted price for picklocking. I told them I did not receive any phone call from the locksmith and we called back to just to cancel. I’m furious of this service, even though the lady did say she will cancel, I don’t even know if they’ll send me some invoice to be charge. I would next time try to find the key 3-5times more before calling this company.

  My husband called this service because he locked his keys in his truck. They told him there would be a $29 service fee and the tech would give him a final quote when he got there. They said a tech would be there in 30 minutes but it took an hour and 15 to get there. It took the tech all of 5 minutes to pop the lock and then he told my husband it would be $229!!!! When my husband complained about the exorbitant amount he was charged, the tech gave him a number to call which turned out to be a chiropractor office! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! So he called back the original number, after being COMPLETELY ripped off and deceived by the tech, to inquire how exactly they determine the pricing structure. They said they charge the $29 service fee then anywhere between $19 and $200 depending on how difficult the job is. It literally took 5 minutes for the tech to get into my husband's vehicle and he was charged $200! Apparently a 5 minute job is the most difficult for this company since he was charged the maximum price. This company completely took advantage of my husband! So he wrote a review on this site. They gave him another number to call and when he called they said "those are the prices and there is nothing we can do about it." I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!
