  Keys worked, only issue is that when I upgraded to the smoother key the smoother key didn't quite match the original. Since I was already there and needed a key I went ahead and bought another key without the upgrade and it matched the original. Both new keys ended up working but I wasted 10 bucks

  Other than the machine seems to be hiding in the store (hard to find), everything else was great keys work perfectly.

  I got a key copied by a machine in a grocery store. It works. It was a little expensive, but it worked. Pretty convenient, so I'd say the convenience was worth the cost. What was copied was a plain key for an office. If you wanted something fancy or pretty I would say the cost would be higher if it was even possible with the machine. I probably would go someplace where a human is putting the blank into their machine, like a hardware store or Home Depot.
