  First time i ever used a key making vending machine so a bit apprehensive. Made 3 titanium keys and they all worked great.

  It was ok...but I thought them wanting an extra $1.99 to have my keys polished (can't remember the exact term used) was bs. Also 3 bucks for a key is a bit high (imo). They did give a bonus key of you purchase 2 keys. So 3 for the price of 2 and the extra key can be copied from any key of your choice ( house key). I gave 4 stars for the convenience and ease if use.

  I had keys made that didn’t fit — I contacted Key Me and received a prompt refund. I’ve used them before with good results, and in this case I appreciated the quick customer service when the key was not an exact match.
