Easy process and the key was shipped quickly. The key itself is perfectly functional. Minus one star for pricing- still cheap, but paying for two keys and deciding whether to receive the second is inconvenient when you only want one. A positive experience overall!

My old key was snapping I kinda hoped I'd get it that day, but I managed to limp it 2 weeks till it came. I bought their weird small security key that I don't recommend unless you can summon the power of Odin in your fingertips and crank it over with no leverage (granted old lock, but still). The key does work fine it's just a pain to use.
