Worst service in history. I don’t know how they hire these people. Got a serviceman to help with a mailbox lock, he took $100 just to drill the lock and told me I gotta go get the part from Lowe’s and install it myself. Like why I need you if that’s the case?!? We agreed $215 for him to change everything, in the end he stole $100 and rolled out of here. Get a new technician not this bob the breaker looking guy.

Made an extra key yesterday was easy, fast, under 10 minutes long & Inexpensive if you want a design/color change on your key it will get mailed to you for free if you just make a regular plain key it took less than 10 minutes and cost under $10 too :D it is a machine at Safeway, that was convenient for my errands. Key did work when we tried it🙂

HI there, I was so happy to get my key. When I first used it, the key didn't work. But, once I used it a few times it now works great!
