'Tech' couldnt repair or replace a security gate lock. Looking at watch and communicating with another tech on cell phone constantly. The new lock was loose and latch sticks. Tried to convince me that's the way it is. he reinstalled broken old lock. Charged a $67 service charge on top of quoted $80 charge for rekeying another lock. Threw away sharp screws on my driveway. Post says they're located at Safeway...not. still have to find another locksmith...

Bad quality and expensive price for making copies of keys. I ordered 6 copies of keys. None of the keys worked. Two of copies was broken. I called for refunds twice and got only part of my money. At the hardware store, I made duplicate keys at half the price and of higher quality.
