It was very a convenient service machine. We weren’t able to get one key made so they mailed it to us. The keys all worked just fine. The price is a little higher than the local grocery store, tho. I would tell my friends and neighbors use this. It was at 7-11.

Bad customer service. I called for information and they said someone would call me back and 25 minutes later nobody did. I called to say I didn't need anyone to call and they said I owed them a service fee of $29 to cancel. I responded that no service person called me like that was stated in the first call. They proceeded to tell me that they would give me a first time customer discount.... FYI

My key said Do Not Replicate on it, but your machine did not care, did not ask for the documentation, and made a duplicate that worked.
