  I ACTUALLY CALLED TODAY WITH A QUESTION ABOUT NEEDING A KEY FOB RE PROGRAMMED. FIRST OF ALL THE GUY JUST SAID HELLO. DID NOT SAY HIS NAME AND WAS RUDE AS WELL. HIS WHOLE ATTITUDE TOLD ME A LOT ABOUT HIM. WHEN I ASKED MY SIMPLE QUESTION HIS RESPONSE WAS " WE DON'T DO IT FOR THAT CAR !" AND HUNG UP! WHAT A JOKE I WAS IN DISBELIEF. SHAME THAT PEOPLE LIKE HIM ARE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
