  Neat service, but I wish I could have gotten my keys instantly instead of getting them mailed. Part of my order could have been made on-site but because I had other nonstandard keys it was shipped as well

  Handy location and hours and convenience, but....my standard Baldwin door lock could not be duplicated. The machine said there was a servicing issue, and I can get is made and sent to me in 3-4 days. Really bummed on this; deal breaker. Based on other comments, it sounds like this machine needs to be serviced more often!

  This company has a good idea; to make getting new keys convenient. And, if the key can be made immediately at the kiosk, it's great that I would be protected from ever getting locked out. I will send them images of all my keys (they don't require a purchase to do that).
