  I called this service to have my door unlocked as I was locked out. I was quoted one price, and then after the service had been provided I was charged over 5 times the price. This range in pricing was not indicated to me, and when I called the customer service to discuss the situation, I was stonewalled and then hung up on. Do not use this service, it is deceptive and will not help you if you are caught in an uncomfortable position.

  Pretty cool kiosk. Took a look at it everytime I was waiting on the line today and just went ahead and tried it out today. I'll wait until I receive and verify the keys work before I start telling everyone about it. Update: several keys I had copied did not work. About 1/3rd of the copies didn't work.

  Although my key did not work, I commend KeyMe for their excellent customer service and issuing a refund to me within hours of my emailing them.
