This is my second time using KeyMe at my local Safeway. It’s fast, convenient and inexpensive to get a duplicate key where I regularly shop! They even have a few special decorative designs available. I got a light blue key with polka dots! One key I needed made was not available at that moment but they were able to copy my key and mail me the new key. It only took a few days to get it! Super efficient!

I called to get information about getting a copy of my car key made. It was automated services that then sent me to a representative. I gave her my zip code as asked and she said one moment please, then sent me to another automated recording that said they don't have anyone in this area, good bye. I was then hung up on. Guess they really don't care about customer service or working to find a location near me that I could go to. But no worries found a place that picked up when I called, gave me good information and they will get my business now.
