  Overall not bad. One complaint, why do you charge $1.99 to debur the key? This is included EVERYWHERE else as part of the service. That part is ridiculous because the keys are $9 each!

  Hello Cristal, thanks for your review. The 1.99 upgrade is actually for the high performance upgrade to smooth out the key and remove ridges and not needed teeth on the key to make it work better in your lock. There is usually an area to insert your key into the kiosk after to wipe off the burrs for free.   This little machine did suprisingly well. I got the extra service that rounds sharp edges and it came out looking different than the original. I was freaking out because I thought it wouldn't work, but it works even better than the original key! 10/10 would recommend.
