  KeyMasters fixed a broken key and cut a new key for me very quickly. I am pleased with the work performed, professionalism, and quality. This outfit also installs remote car starters, can outfit your automobile with camera, etc. I will be going here again for sure. Check them out as you will not be disappointed.

  I paid $260 for this key and it’s falling apart not 1 month later. When I called about the issue. He said well you bought it so it’s your problem. I also ask him some other questions and told me to ask Siri and told me to figure it out on my own. I do not recommend this company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Also that key that you posted a picture of if that was our key we would have a hundred percent have fixed that for you if you'd like even though you didn't get it from us you can bring it by and we can fix it for you and we also would have never charged $260 for that key so you might want to call who ever you got it from

  I drove 45 minutes to get there and was told 25 minutes for a wait time. I waited 90 minutes, no communication from the tech who walked by me about 15 times, and then a 45 minute drive home with no new key. 3 hours wasted and mumbled at "Maybe come back in a few days when the other guy is here." 3 hours. No apology, no telling me there's a problem. Will NEVER go back, waste of time. If you have a GMC with a smart key, go elsewhere. **** You're offering to let me drive another 90 minutes round trip, spend $40 more in gas, to take the gamble that you _might_ be able to get it right this time, and then give you a couple hundred bucks for this generous outreach of yours? THANK YOU SO MUCH, but I think I'll pass.

  Hi Shaun my name is Angelo the manager at keymasters I spoke with my tech I do apologize for you taking the time to come down and not leave with a working key. Unfortunately the tech tried many times to program the new key in and your car wouldn't expect the new key this is a car we have done many times with no issues unfortunately sometimes we have to order a key directly from the dealer to get it to work. If you are still willing to bring the car back we can order you a new key and I will that I'm there to get the job done. We wouldn't be asking you to come back to our shop we would come out to the vehicle to complete the job.
