  Hi Y'all...Started out on 12/2/21..we needed a locksmith...We called Keymaster first...(no answer) Called Minute key a few times..was prompted for credit card.. And they would dispatch someone.. We got as a reply to call the driver..NO ANSWER..We called initial number several times..NO ANSWER..An hour..hour and a half...Finally got an answer..Was told The driver would here an hour..This will be Three hours long now..I told them to cancel..We couldn't wait any long.. We were told NO CHARGE..so far they have kept the money and no reply.. A lesson learned.. DO NOT USE ANY LOCKSMITH IN THE WOOD COUNTY AREA.. URGENTLY TOWING IS A CONTRACTOR be CAUTIOUS... THEY WANTED A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY...WE AGREED...THEN BEFORE THE DRIVER WOULD COME OUT...HE WANTED DOUBLE THE AMOUNT... WE STILL HAVE NO RESPONSE..OR REFUND

  You have the wrong guy. Not sure who took your money, but it definitely wasn’t Keymaster Locksmith. That’s me, so I’m sure of it. I’m out of town right now and have references on my voicemail. It definitely wasn’t them either. Thanks for the one star review

  I locked my keys in my car, running!!! He was quick and patient with me as I was frazzled. He answered my call immediately, was there quickly. He gave me some pointers for next time. Hopefully won’t need to but will be the first person I call if this happens again 😁
