  My used remote cost about $40 with shipping and handling. I already had one that worked--this was a backup. The programming instructions were almost right, but not quite, so at one point neither of the remotes worked. Finally got both working, except that the one I bought would only work sometimes, while at other times there was no response. Finally I changed the batteries in the one I'd bought, and that fixed it. The website says the batteries in all remotes, including used ones, are checked before shipping. That obviously wasn't true in this case.

  Sent me a defective key and fob for a commercial job that was broken and defective. I had to pay to have it checked at another auto repair place and have it cut, only to find out it was defective. My customer couldn't wait and I bought another locally. Talked to this company about the situation and received the OK to refund. Only to hide behind his policies that don't apply in this situation and get hit with crazy restocking fees.

  I bought 2 fobs for my van from this company and received the product promptly. After doing the research I found that my particular van needed to be programmed by either a locksmith or a dealer, which is what I ended up doing. The dealer could program my one fob but not the other one. When I phoned Keyless Remote Warehouse I was told that they could send me a new one which did not help me as I would have had to pay another service charge by the GM Dealer so I asked for a refund without charging me the 20% restocking charge. I did get the credit less the 20%. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
