  Jen and the staff provided me with outstanding customer service and went the extra mile to help me! I came in with three fobs that didn't work and walked out with three working fobs. Very happy. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a fob fixed!

  Great customer service. Ordered a key with the buttons built on it for my Ford truck, but they accidentally sent me the wrong part. One email later, they sent me the correct part at no charge and didn't even ask for the other part back. It was a simple mistake, and they made it right immediately. I'm very happy.
