  After a disastrous attempt with another well known chain locksmith company to get my storage unit lock taken off, Kent's came recommended by the storage facility management. This was not an emergency, but my call was answered right away - and I was thrilled to talk to someone who was friendly, knowledgable, and seemed to truly appreciate the business. I made an appointment for the following day, but they finished early THAT day and called me later just to see if I was available. I was! Chris arrived on time, was super nice, and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. All at HALF the price the other place was going to charge me. You hope to never need a locksmith, but if I ever do again, I'll be doing business here.

  I called at 4:25 asking if they make motorcycle key copies, I was told yes so I let them know I was on my way. I then closed my own business to make it there by your closing time and arrived at 4:45 and the doors were locked. It would have been nice to be told by the person who answered my phone call to come another time because they were closing early instead of me wasting my time.

  Well I have to apologize, Todd didnt mention you were on your way. Im guessing when you talked to him and received the answer, you expressly told him you were leaving now and would be there shortly?? Ill be sure to repremand him tomorrow. I closed early to run to the bank. Since you're a business owner, Im certian you can understand. Please feel free to stop by tomorrow. We will be there during business hours.
