We recently had our front door lock changed for an electronically controlled, dead lock.  Kensington Locksmith were very responsive and timely.  We worked with Tim who was very professional and patiently walked us through the app and the various functions of our new lock.  I could not recommend this company more strongly. Tim came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate and some insight into the locks of our new home. He was able to come back 2 days later to rekey and install a couple new cylinders, and he also helped us out with our door not latching properly. Excellent service and very knowledgeable.

We moved into our home and wanted a lock installed. We hired a local locksmith that was awful. The damage to our door seemed like it wouldn't be repairable. Tim and his team arrived at my house THE DAY I needed assistance and came up with a plan within my budget to get a digital lock and to repair the damage. Within 2 days, all was installed, they followed up on how things were going with new lock and made my door look new. They also installed a broken lock in our basement. I will definitely be using them again for all of my lock needs. I trust their service and they really want their customers to feel good and safe in their homes. I recommend this business without hesitation!

I was in a big pinch, and I was able to call Tim and get service within an hour. He was so friendly and kind and responsive. I hope I don’t need a locksmith again soon, but when I do I’ll call Kensington and I suggest you do too!!
