  I needed to have my locks changed. Timing and discretion were important. Karl went above and beyond the call of duty in his responsiveness and accommodation. Also, there was an issue with one of my doorknobs, and I asked whether I needed a new one. He could have easily sold me a new doorknob, but he told me it wasn't necessary. Here is a man of integrity. This is precisely why I looked for a private business owner to do the job, instead of going with a large corporate chain. I will definitely call Karl next time I need a locksmith. I highly recommend him.

  Responsive, Knowledgeable and Professional locksmith located in Vernon Hills, IL. The owner, Karl, has very reasonable rates. He came quickly within 20 mins, opened my vehicle and gave me a good guy rate. If you are looking for a licensed, reputable local locksmith (not a dispatch operated from a call center in India) you found the real deal. Highly recommend!!!

  Karl was so nice and very accommodating. I needed a special key which he didn't have, but he called all other places in the area to try to find it for me. He found a place downtown Chicago and said I could get it there. Not many people now a days will go above and beyond like that!!! He is so nice and very helpful, I strongly recommend Karlock shop in Vernon Hills.
