Paul was willing to meet with me after normal business hours (for a small upcharge but he gave me plenty of warning on that) to re-key a home I just bought in the afternoon. he had 14 locks done in 2-3 hours. very well done and also did not try to price gouge me like other locksmiths I called up.

Paul took care of rekeying some locks for us on a Saturday afternoon when no one else was open. He was prompt, friendly and honest. Will use him again if needed and would definitely recommend!

Paul was very responsive, easy to get a hold of. He took care of us right away, went above and beyond, and gave us a more than fair price. Highly recommend.

Paul was fantastic and very professional. He responded immediately when I was locked out of my house. The price was also great!! Very reasonable and it was even after hours. I would recommend him to anybody. I would also use him again. (but I hope I dont ever need to)

My daughter contacted Security & Hardware Solutions (my phone was locked in the car). Paul got there within a half hour. He was friendly and professional. Removing the key turned out to be pretty time consuming and complicated. Even though it was cold, dark and wet Paul remained positive throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood what he was doing, gave good advice on what I needed to follow-up on and charged a very fair price. If I have any security or locksmith needs Security & Hardware Solutions will get my business!

It finally happened.... I locked my keys in my car!  I called and Paul came out immediately after finishing the job he was on.  He worked diligently on my stubborn car and got me in.  Paul is very kind and easy going and reassuring.  If it had to happen, I'm glad I called Security & Hardware Solutions for help!

Price was cheaper than expected, the staff was extremely friendly and solved my problem in minutes. I don't have any reason to even check other locksmiths in the area next time I have an issue when the experience was this great.

Paul was honest, knowledgable and prompt - three things you hope for in a locksmith.  On top of that he's super nice.  If I ever need help with changing locks again I will call Paul immediately.

They showed up even faster than the original ETA and had me back into my vehicle within minutes! To make things better, the attendant was super friendly. 5 stars!
