  I lost my one and only key for my daily driver, a 2006 Honda Shadow Aero. (Yes I know I should have had a spare to begin with but was under the impression that the only place to get one cut was a single Honda dealership in North Phoenix). ANYWAY, I was able to take off the tumbler and gave them a call to see if they could help. "Sure!" They said. So I tool it down to them. An hour or so later I call back saying that they did not have any of that specific blank on hand, BUT they were going to keep on looking. An hour after that, I get another call that they were able to find a supplier close by that had them, and they were on their way to pick them up. And finally one hour after that, they had the key cut, tested and ready to go! Thank you so much for going out of your way to find a key when you didn't have any. THIS, Maricopa, is what you call great service! Thank you for taking care of me and offering awesome service with a smile!

  Had GREAT service from this company. Very responsive to our needs and schedule, and arrived on time (even moved my appointment up a day when they had a cancellation). Had a very pleasant experience with their office staff, and Jeremiah (who was our locksmith) was super efficient with the install of 4 new locks. Everything worked perfectly, and he was very invested in making sure we got what we wanted. I heartily and completely recommend this company.

  I called JT's with great desperation for them to fix my mailbox lock. I had misplaced my keys... aka gone forever and I had a package with perishables in my mailbox. I went to the post ofiice hoping to obtain a new key where I was greeted with warm and welcoming arms.. oh wait who am I kidding?! I was told it was my problem and they didnt have a key. I called the locksmith they recommended but they couldnt come out for 4 days. After a quick yelp search JTs popped up. Good reviews.. sold... I called and told the receptionist (his wife) about my problem and she was sooooo kind and understanding. She gave me a quote and explained everything. She put me on the books for the next day! Jeremiah the next day after a call from his wife that he was on his way.. can you say customer service?! When he arrived he was sooooo nice. I explained jow I tried to fix the problem myself but made things worse. He didn't sweat it.. I'm pretty sure he was done within 20 minutes if that. He came back to the door and provided me with 3 keys. The lock he used was a usps lock. The service was incredible. They got me in their schedule quick and the job was done in a jiffy. 10/10!! I'll be using them for every locksmith problem I encounter.
