My mother locked her keys in her car while she was visiting with me, I called these guys at 10:30 at night hoping someone would be able to come out here and help her.
They were here within 30 min. They were very polite and made it to my house in great time. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who gets into a similar situation.

They were extremely fast and courteous. I accidentally locked my keys in my car. Within minutes the gentleman was there and had me in my car in probably less than a minute. It did cost $45… but it was well worth it to be back on the road quickly.

I shut my SUV Hatch trunk with the doors locked and the keys sitting just inside the door as I was loading the car while shopping.  When I realized what I had done I searched online and found several options in the Jonesboro area.  After checking each I went with Jonesboro Lock & Key.  They quickly gave me a very reasonable time frame, and a reasonable price.  I was surprised when they arrived before the time they quoted, and they were super quick!  My wife was pleased, and even though she had to sit inside the store to wait because it was 95 degrees outside.  Also, the locksmith recommended I notify my insurance company to get reimbursement for the money spent, which I didn't know that was an option so it made this event an even better experience!

I had locked my keys in my car while I was at Home Goods and called Jonesboro Lock and Key.  They answered the phone on the second ring allowed me to pay over the phone which was a great value!!  Within a matter of maybe 10 minutes I man was there to open my door.  The whole process took maybe 15 minutes from calling to opening my door!!!  I will always recommend JONESBORO LOCK AND KEY!!!

Would not recommend!! Got the run around every time! Spent half the price elsewhere for the same services....

This is Justin with Jonesboro Lock & Key I spoke with you yesterday and you had called me four times looking for a Dr. lock and I told you this was Jonesboro Lock & Key but I ask you what you needed help with and that maybe I could help you, I offered to help you since you were needing services that I do and you asked me the price to cut and program a key for you… I gave you the price and told you if you could get the key code from the dealership to  let me know & we could set something up to do that. You said you were going to get the key code the next day and get in touch with me. You called me this morning and left me a voicemail two times telling me you were loading your car up and  bringing it to Jonesboro and I explained to you yesterday when you got your key code  to let me know and that we would set up a time to do it because I would have to make a time for us to do that and you said that was fine.  Ok, my grandmother has been in the hospital for quite some time with because of a stroke and she passed away this morning so I was not working today & could not answer your call but I did call you back when I was able to this afternoon and let you know my circumstances and that I apologize & offered to help you still if you still needed it and you told me that you already got it done somewhere else and I and I said I apologize that I wasn’t here today then I seen you wrote this review on my Google business page and tried to contact you to help with the resolution & apologize even though I explained to you my situation & you hung up on me!! I’m not trying to be rude but I never gave you a runaround I simply answered your questions and told you when you were ready to do it to call me and we would set something up but we never set anything up yet and that was the extent of it. Things happened out of my control I cannot control the fact that my grandmother passed away this morning OK and  you wrote you got it for half the price… I’ve been doing this job for 22 years and I know the prices that all the locksmith charge around here we all know and talk to each other most all of us so if anyone charged you half the price it was some sort of reason for that or they gave you some sort of discount or something happened other than the norm. But I do not believe that I should have a one star review put on my business by you because you were upset over something that I had no control over. We did not have an appointment set up we merely talked about it so I did not just leave you hanging without any help all we did was speak about prices and what the steps where you needed to be take to start the process.
