  DO NOT USE THEM PERIOD. THEY ARE NOT LOCAL THIS IS SOME DISPATCH CENTER. Unprofessional and extremely rude. Some Indian call center picks up and they source outsource to local techs. Also the tech they sent out was out for money. So please do not use at all. For all locals, look somewhere else. I am trying to recoup my loss from this place, and they will not pick up at all now.

  We called to have our house locks changed after moving in to our new home. The technician changed his pricing for his labor no less than 5 times and added additional fees that weren't discussed. He then quoted me $60 to have all the locks work with the same key but then charged $75 on the ticket. I felt extremely taken advantage of. Further, the locks they used were upcharged about $50 over retail after some research. Positives: quick and efficient. Negatives: ridiculously overpriced.

  They had quoted $35 plus a $15 fee. When the guy got there we confirmed the price and he stated that it started at $50-55 plus a $19 fee. All together paid $95. I had never paid that much for a locksmith. They just want your money. STAY AWAY.
