Great variety of hardware. I like to go to this store if I’m in a hurry. Easy to find the items you need at reasonable prices.
Great checkout and personal service is quick and efficient.

Always good service here. Took some torn window screens in for re-screening and said it would only take 7 days to get them back. Very, very reasonably priced.

I found I needed.  Staff was quick to help and courteous.

Iam not very happy with the service,  there was practically  no assistance.   I carried  my own wet/dry shop vacuum  to the check out and to the car.  The sales people had no idea what I was talking about chlorine  tablets.  I was very unsatisfied  with  the service .

I am a True Value customer, love that they are well stocked, but the staff that I have come across, are young men and do not really smile or show any interest in their job. When I approach them, doesn't seem too welcoming.
