  We used Jim's to replace a USPS mailbox after we lost the mailbox key. My first phone call with Jim's was unpleasant. The man who I spoke with was short, rude, and condescending. I felt like I was being a major inconvenience for him. He said the first "non-emergency" service he could schedule would be two weeks out. Disappointed, but with few other options, I agreed and said I'd like to schedule the service. He didn't tell me a time I could expect the locksmith to arrive, but he did say, "We typically tell people 'around 9 AM.'" On the morning of the scheduled service day, I called Jim's, and the man who answered (different person) said there was no service scheduled for my address. He was more apologetic, checked a few different sources, and confirmed that there was no service scheduled. He said he would contact the dispatched locksmiths to see if anyone could squeeze us in that day, but he couldn't guarantee anything would be available for three more business days. Fortunately, one of the locksmiths called me a couple hours later and said that he was able to come out and help fix the lock. He arrived promptly and quickly removed the lock and replaced it with a new one, providing us with three keys. That locksmith and the person I spoke with the day the service was performed redeemed what was a pretty disappointing customer experience.

  Pros very accommodating, friendly service at the front counter, technician. Able to pry my locks apart because I'd lost my keys, extremely reasonable pricing. Highly recommend Tyler.

  Benji is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! rude comments for everything that I asked for. My company refers to Heavy duty units as TRACTORS, and he stated well IDK where your from, also while explaining to him to send in his invoice to our email upon completion for payment he says "now I can see why you guys have nobody to assist". he sounds like he hates his job AND THAT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM! you guys should find better employees to represent your company!
