  May have the best prices, but service for my mother who is a senior citizen, was terrible. She bought a GE dishwasher May of '21 and called for service multiple times for 3 months ago and just gets the run around. I was visiting my mom on one occasion back in December when a service person had an appointment to come to the house for service. They called my mom the day of appointment, but she couldn't get to the phone when they called, so the service person never showed & never returned the call. Now after 3 months of unsuccessful attempts to service the dishwasher JPCH&A is telling her they don't have anything to do with it since it's out of warranty. The door of the dishwasher wasn't properly closing and I'm thinking JP doesn't want to follow up figuring they can take advantage of my 90 yr. old mom. Told mom to go to Home Depot!

  The man runs this place is an absolute a$$. 2x my wife and I have walked in and he looks at us like why are you bothering me. 1st time we visited, we figured he was having a bad day. 2n d time we figured out he needed Midol.
