  I have to post this review for a third time as they keep deleting my review, I was ripped off a 817.00 towing fee! I was recently in that 100 car pile up on 94 on my way to see my granddaughter for Christmas and they towed my car to there shop. I had a flat tire from the accident. The tow, rim, tire, rear alignment came to 1,800.00! 817.00 of that was for the tow even though the car was drivable. Rick explained the towing charges to me. He had the nerve to tell me other people refused to pay his $375,00 fee for towing so I had to pay there towing bill !

  It is unfortunate that you were involved in this large accident right before Christmas. Several towing companies were involved with the clean-up and removal of cars, trucks, and semi trucks. We hauled vehicles that were drivable and not drivable. Your vehicle was damaged and was able to be driven on the flatbed but it was not drivable on the road. Your vehicle was towed to our impound lot. After you gave us the approval to fix your vehicle we then towed your vehicle to our shop free of charge for the repairs. We offered to open on Christmas so you could get your presents for your granddaughter. When we completed the repairs - installed a used tire on your new rim, straightened the rear suspension, did a 4 wheel alignment, and did other temporary repairs so you could drive home. These repairs were done along with all of our regular scheduled projects so you could get home quickly. The fees and charges were the same for everyone that was involved in this large scale event. Some people had insurance to cover the costs and you told us that you did not have coverage for this accident. We apologize that you were in this large scale event just because you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sincerely - Jensen Towing & Repair

  I received a flat tire on HW94 near the Hixton exit. I was in the process of driving from Madison to Osceola. I located their number on a building next to the Clark Station in Hixton. Such great luck that I ended up parking my car next to their advertisement. I was able to drive three blocks to their business. From the time I arrived until I left, I was treated kindly. They were able to quickly patch my tire and send me on my way. Clean friendly business with quality people helping me out. Thank you Jensen Towing and Repair! I made it home thanks to you!!

  While vacationing in Wisconsin from Michigan I had a flat tire. After changing the tire, I got off the expressway at the next exit and found Jensen's.They repaired the tire quickly and efficiently, removed the spare and put the regular tire back on, and I was back on the road and in half an hour. All of this was done for a very reasonable price by people who were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If I lived near Hixson, Jensen's would be my go-to garage for auto repair.
