  I had called these people to rekey my house, they said 11 on this certain day, they called back and asked to change to the next day, no problem. I go there and wait for 30 min, no call, no show, then I call this very pleasant young woman who informs me that they were on another job and wouldn't be out there, I asked why there was no call informing of this, of course she didn't know, because they guys who were supposed to call, didn't. Meh, go with someone who is going to respect you, because the guys on the job sure didn't respect me

  I called the company once they open at 8am literally haven’t gotten answer worst company they don’t answer the phone !!
