  Couldn't find our truck keys while in town for an event and had to call Jay late on a Saturday evening. Jay dropped what he was doing to head our way. We actually found the keys right before he got there and Jay had to turn around. However, he refused payment. Just an awesome standup guy and I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

  Jay is the best guy anyone could ever call for help with a lock or key, and probably a bunch of other problems too. We were stranded with our rented moving truck's key turning up lost (accidentally dropped then purposely taken, apparently) at a truck stop on I-80 in Wyoming, a 3.5 hour drive from Jay's location. We had already been stuck there for about 5 hours when I called Jay, after getting run around by what we believe is essentially a scammer with another company. Jay knew right where we were and showed up as soon as making keys based on a key code from Penske, and his long, middle of the night, drive to our location, allowed. As I walked out to the truck he was standing there smiling, with our rental truck's door open and the engine running. He is a great guy, with many great stories to tell. My wife and I are very thankful that our once in a lifetime sort of bad incident led to a once in a lifetime good encounter with Jay's 24 Hour Locksmith. To say I recommend him would be an understatement.
