  Just imagine how much of a crisis it could be to misplace your car keys in a shopping outlet on Christmas Day!! I searched on the internet for any available locksmiths and this company was the only one open and available in such emergency without any appointment. I was so grateful!! Not only did I not have to wait a long time, the gentleman was polite, professional, showed up very quickly, accurate and helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing. He showed experience in his work definitely.

  I accidentally locked my keys in my car when I went inside the grocery store at 8:00pm the other night. Upon returning to my car with all my groceries I realized what I had done. I immediately called 1 other locksmith company before calling jaybe's and the other company told me it was going to be a couple hours! When I called jaybe they came to where I was at in a timely manner, was very professional and knowledgeable, and had another key made for my car within 5 mins. Definitely the only locksmith I will call next time I need his services. I highly recommend, and I will tell everyone I know in the Jacksonville area about jaybe's locksmith. Thank you so much jaybe! Yall are the best.

  Jeff came out in 30 minutes at 1:30 in the morning after AAA said they wouldn’t be here until 4:30AM. I highly recommend Jay Be Lock very nice and understanding and willing to work you 10/10
