Absolutely wonderful service is Jamaica Locksmith & Security service. David was on time, was professional, and was very friendly. He did a great job and explained everything to us as we were first time home buyers and unfamiliar with the types of locks on our door. . He was able to re-key and adjust several different types of door locks onto a single key for us without any issues. The quote provided was very accurate for our case, so that was a nice plus too!

Twice I've been locked out & Twice I've received the highest standard of service! David is very professional, prompt and skilled at his job. He always brings a bright smile and positive attitude. The first thing i did was go on Yelp and search for a great locksmith. I called Eric because my door handle stopped working and he had the best reviews. He was at my house within 20 minutes. Super professional and great service. Eric fixed it in about 5 and gave me a receipt so I could be reimbursed by my landlord. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Have used this company twice. Once, when I accidentally flushed my car key down the toilet at the mall, and once when my safe malfunctioned. Both times the same guy showed up within 30 minutes of contacting the company. I didn't ask his name, but he is very upbeat and positive. Especially in a dismal situation (unexpected expenses). Each time the price was competitive. The safe cracking was the cheapest of all the companies I contacted. The guy wad very professional and handled the task thanks a lot efficiently. He wore a mask the entire time he worked on both projects. He also had all the tools necessary for each project either in his car or his toolbox and worked very quickly. I will definitely contact this company in the event thanks a lot

Locksmith service was the best experience customer service wise that we have had With absolutely anything in a long time. David and his team was extremely responsive, they did a great great job, and they were super nice. They really got us out of a jam the same day that we called. They were also really honest and gave great advice. I highly recommend them.

I am thankful for the services to replace our front door lock and install a bolt lock. Eric is kind, patient, and explained everything to me. He was very communicative leading up to the install date and provided an estimate and did not go over that estimate. I will definitely use Jamaica Locksmith & Security and Security in the future. This locksmith is excellent! I live far from the area he services, but I wanted a reliable locksmith. I saw his reviews on Yelp and they were far superior than the locksmiths around my area so I agreed to drive to the area he was servicing to open my cash box/mini safe. He got it open in less than 10 minutes and he was so kind and easy to talk to. It was worth the drive for me and he is highly recommended to anyone looking for an excellent locksmith!

Locksmith has its fame for its profesinalism worker.They made getting a new key a pleasant, convenient, and courteous experience. They had the absolute best price from all the places I quoted nearby. Locksmith was super professional. He was polite and described what he was doing and why, which made me feel very comfortable. Better than expected with the entire timetable. They went above and beyond and the pricing was super cheap, I would highly recommend these guys!

I wish I could give this kind of Locksmiths more than five stars. Other locksmiths were telling me that it would be hours, or even days, before they could send someone to help with an apartment lockout, but the Locksmith sent someone out in thirty minutes! The locksmiths, they were professional, courteous, and fast. Last but not least, their prices were reasonable! I hope that I don't need locksmith services again anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to call.
