  Called asking about a problem opening a door.. I didn't know the manufacturer or really what the problem was. Frank asked me the measurements of the key plate and spent two days trying to find the right part. Sent a guy out to check Paul Quickly assessed the problem. Turns out the door was out of alignment. He fixed it!! Really terrific service for these days! Thanks guys

  We had an old door with an old lock we've been rigging with "magic" for the last three years and it finally died on Sunday. Made the call, and the service came within a half an hour, cordial, efficient, effective and reasonable
