  Jeff came out today to replace a "broken" lock for us. After a minute of inspection, he figured out what was wrong, and had it fixed in another minute or two. He only charged us a service call fee, when he could have instead charged us to unnecessarily replace a lock, and we would have been none the wiser. We appreciate his honesty and integrity. He was very friendly, too. Thank you, Jeff.

  The guys at J Lock and Key are top notch. I had to cut a custom car key (was brass but had a fancy head) and Steve took the time to make sure he had the right key code and tested it on a blank first. He then cut my fancy key and it came out correct. These guys are top professionals.

  AWESOME customer service! When I locked my keys in my car, they showed up right away, got my keys out for me with no hassle at all, and made me a copy of my key right on the spot! Appreciate them so much, and will have all my key making, security, etc. business go through them from now on! As well as highly recommending to any of my friends who need those services. THANK YOU
