  Worst car audio store I’ve been to. Stole $12 from me. Receipt said 25% restocking fee for open packages. I brought back an unopened box of speaker adapters. I was charged 25% restocking for a brand new unopened product that I couldn’t use for my installation. If you can’t do business honestly I won’t do business with you. I will never go here again.

  I'm very sorry but time is worth it and I could also sell it to another client. this is not walmart. We charge that fee cause we cant resell it and we need to sent it back to the company. Everyone says they didnt open it and there always something missing from it

  Came here for recalibration of my interlock device. These guys have a comfortable, amazing store front with space to wait, they're very polite, efficient, and overall better service than the last shop I went through.

  Very happy customer!! Incredible service here at j&j stereo. They professionally installed my backup camera and pioneer radio. They also tucked my hand installed LED interior cord lights to make it less messy inside the truck. Everything was installed very well. Angel helped me out and I am so happy with his customer service! He will help you find the best bang for your buck. I will definitely be returning for further customizations in the future.
