  Ionia Lock and Key provided excellent service when I locked my key in the car on a Saturday. John arrived to my location in 5 minutes, and opened the door faster than it took to run my debit card. He was friendly and professional, the price was fair and included a complimentary door key next time I visit their shop. I would strongly recommend them if you find yourself in a pinch.

  Found a key, and copied another, in record time -- they made it so easy and actually found a skeleton key to match an old cabinet. Friendly, professional, fast, my new go-to place for all things locks and key! :)

  I could not speak more highly of this company. They were the only place that called me back at 9pm when I lost my keys and needed to use my car that night. They were also willing to drive to Alma, which most companies said they didn't service my area code. John went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone!
