Bought a hose it was defective went to return the  same day and the sales associate said they couldn't because the manager wasnt in. it wasnt worth my time to drive back for a return from where i live.

I had an issue at home with a fan switch and went there to buy what i thought was the right one. It wasn't and when I returned Connor helped me find a replacement and have me no hassle returning it.
