  Purchased a keyfob that was supposed to have the chevy logo on it as stated in the description. After sending pictures of what I received I was told they can not guarantee the logo on the fob. Why advertise if you can't deliver?

  I would give less than one star if it were possible. I have been trying to contact iKeyless since July regarding the purchase of a key fob that I was trying to have programed. I have never dealt with such an inept company, ever. The customer service is virtually non-existent. The very little "help" I did get was just to give me the run around. I actually drove 60 miles to get my key programed by some guy in a truck (with no contact number) and the truck and guy were not there! Apparently there is only one guy in CO that can program my key! WHAT?! I can't tell you how many people I dealt with that had no records of me contacting them previously and how many times I had to provide them with my order number and other info. that was never looked into. I have yet to hear back from them since my last email on August 2. Thanks for nothing iKeyless. Never again.

  Very pleased with the service I received! I placed my order on Wednesday evening & had my new transponder keys by Friday afternoon. Email support was fantastic as well as customer service calling to make sure we had the right blank as my car had 2 types in the 2007 production year. Andi was prompt, professional and explained the issue with my broken fob with keyless entry. He cut my 2 new keys from my broken fob key & programmed them in under 20 minutes. Now my car alarm doesn't go off anymore when I start my car lol. I will be doing business again with this company. Thank you!!
