I called the office two days ago, and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Ralph; i told him that I wanted to get some work done for my mother--however,  I was out of town, but nonetheless Ralph was very attenative to all my needs for my mother. He quickly provided a quote, and a quick date, and time to schedule the work to get done. The following day, just like Ralph stated to me, the tech (Tom) called me to let me know he was there prior to going to my mother's house. Initially I didn't answer the call because i did not recognize the number. Tom apparently called because no one answered the door at my mom's house. Ralph, at the store called, and told me it was the technician trying to call. Needless to say, I ended up speaking with the tech. Because no one was at my mom's house, he proceeded to the next job. When I caught up with him, and explained the situation, the tech did the unexpected thing, and turned around to rush back to my mom's house to quickly do her job. This to me, was one of the most incredible things I have ever seen. Tom truly showed a great deal of compassion as my mother was home the whole time, but was having issues, and was not able to get to the door in time. Tom, knowing my mom's predicament quickly came back to her home to complete the job, as her door was unlocked for him to come back. I was so impressed with the service, price, and overall fact that they all cared accordingly. Thank you I. Spinell Locksmiths--in particular, Ralph, and Tom.

Very polite and professional staff.  I needed keys cut for my car, and it was done perfectly the first time, which is rare when dealing with places like sears hardware.  Gentleman even checked to male sire my key fob was working.

Well , I called and set up an appointment for my son’s Honda Civic to get keys programmed  and cut since he only had one key. So we showed  up and talked to the locksmith and waited as he cut them and then proceeded to program the keys which didn’t seem to take very long at all.  My son now has 3 keys = 1 original and 2 new keys.  It took less then a hour. Long story short I was and am very pleased with the service we received.

Steve did a fantastic job with programming and obtaining our new key fob!

Went to get copies of my car key made, as well as get a pair of key fobs programmed. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. Keys were cut fine, unfortunately could not be programmed to the car. However, he was kind enough to give me a reason and show me what I would need to do to finish the job. He also programmed the fobs without issue. Would do business again.

Rude. Interrupted me as I tried to ask a question.

I get it, you do this every day and might anticipate what's being asked. But it's a bad habit. And it pisses people off.

Won't ever use you guys.

If I'm gonna spend good money to get locksmith service done, I'm not gonna be treated disrespectfully on top of it.

Andrew and Brian were great the install went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. They took the time to explain the features of our new system and left the work area clean and orderly.
