  Very good service I can't thank them enough for helping me out I called several other companies and nothing but a big let down everyone I called Hunters they are there within 35 minutes Save the Day thank you very much I would recommend them to everyone I know thanks again for the Speedy response yours truly Rick Rosa

  My clutch finally gave out from the performance mods and I was on the phone with Subaru Roadside Assistance for nearly a half-hour waiting for them to find my location on a map, and then have a 2 hour wait for them to arrive. A passerby recommended Hunter's Towing so I hung up with Subaru and called Hunter's and they were there within 20 minutes. Super friendly, fair price, and great equipment that was suitable to my car with a slightly lowered suspension.

  charged us $133.50 to unlock our vehicle. After trying to unlock it ourselves and very aggravated we called.... Was told it was going to be an hour wait which I understood and had no problem with.... After talking to the gentleman (who was not rude on the phone) and giving him our address he told me that that's were they were headed and would be with us right after.... Awesome right, well she came and got the keys out of the truck and then told my husband the price.....I was thinking $60-$80 but 133.50 why? Was I charged for the drive from bowie ? Would have broke the window and saved the trouble if I knew it was going to cost the same..... Feel very takin advantage of.... And really wish I would have been told the price before hand cause I wouldn't have waisted there and my time.

  Hi Christina, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I researched your call and found out the driver that was going to come unlock your vehicle was coming back from Bowie, TX at the time as you mentioned and that was obviously why there was a delay getting to you. We charge a base fee plus mileage from our shop on highway 82 in Gainesville to the vehicle location. So you were charged correctly and you did not pay any extra for our driver coming from Bowie as that call had nothing to do with your call other than delaying us getting to you. I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding.
