  Technician was wonderful and went above and beyond making sure lock was taken care of, as well as our second door and got us keys. Would give 5 stars but their communication was not 100% between their workers from when they took the call for service to when they e-mailed to confirm appointment. This resulted in them not coming out on scheduled day, so we had to wait a few extra days to have the door serviced. Overall very friendly though and would recommend.

  I called to schedule someone to come to my new home to re-key the locks. They were a no-call, no-show. When we called to inquire if they were still planning to come do the work, the person on the phone was very short with me, saying I would have to reschedule. I find it extremely unprofessional that I was not called to advise they were stuck on another job and would not be able to keep the appointment. Instead, my inquiry was met with vitriol. We had other things we could have attended to, had we been aware they were tied up. It's unfortunate that Hugo's has lost my business to another local locksmith. We have other keying needs that will go to the other company whom we have contacted.

  Sorry. We had people out due to covid. And I was trying my best to get all the jobs done that day. I was overwhelmed. I don't remember being mean about it. But maybe....again sorry that's not how we run business

  Excellent business!!! Great people! We had car/house keys stolen off of a desk at work and Hugo's came and changed all the locks that night! It was a Friday and they came after hours to make us safe for the weekend.
