Rude. Snatched the key out of my husband's hand because the card declined. Obviously the funds were there because on the second attempt it went through and the jerk awkwardly handed the key back. Will not be returning, do not recommend.

Needed the lock smith last night. called Houdini around 8:45 pm and they didnt return a call until this morning. if you have 24/7 than service should be 24/7. Unacceptable!!!!

Houdini lock and safe is the real deal, these guys are professionals, when I called them, I spoke with Larry and he was able to tell me on the phone exactly how he was going to fix my issue. Every other place I called just typed in the make and model of my car and they told me they couldn’t help. I had my car left there after the shop had closed and the next morning when I called the work was already done and my car was ready for me. Larry got the job done for me quick without any hassle,  they really do very high quality work at Houdini lock and safe and I would highly recommend them for lock and safe  that you may need if you are looking for timely, efficient, high quality work.

My daughters lock was not installed properly.  A fire trap  couldn't unlock from the inside and when she called for service within months of installation they came out and charged another $300.00 and it still didn't work properly.  Thank goodness for an amazing carpenter we hired who told us the lock was not installed properly and we hope fixed the issues.  The clinker was the service call charge of which nothing was done but a minor adjustment within  a week later it didn't work again.

We removed the Fire Trap, Double Cylinder Jimmy proof Deadlock for the Owner and your facts are wrong, as you are not the Client. The Oversized Door is the problem as it is not only very old but its Extra Thick and Oversized. Whoever Installed the Double Cylinder Jimmy proof created the through Holes and preparation on the door. We replaced the Lock with a Single Cylinder so it no longer would be a Fire Trap. Poor door alignment and the heavyweight of the door is what throws off lock alignment, most likely do to slamming that very Big Door. Our records indicate the lock was functioning well for over 5 months. When we were dispatched the 2nd time we found that an internal component worked loose due to slamming the door. We made the lock repairs and suggested a Carpenter to relieve the slamming of the Oversized Thick Door.

Customer support and service was good. The challenge was that credit/debit cards only available for purchases $25 and above but was able to think through some additional lock services needed to make for a successful purchase

Do not whatsoever use this company. They are scammers completely. They did a small service on a lock for us and told us the amount would be somewhere near $300 but now are charging us upwards of $1000. This is ridiculous and this business should be ashamed for ripping people off in this way. DO NOT USE THEM!

No small job to Open-up a Large Weapons Vault. Because of a Suicide we Urgently Opened a Large Weapons Vault without damage. The Estate didn't have the Safe Lock Combination and the Handle was Seized. Our Proficient Team of Safe Engineers spent almost 3 Hours utilizing their Expert Safe Manipulation Skills to Open the Vault without damage. Then they Repaired the Handle Assembly and Recovered the Combination Locking System to put it back into Service. Our Client Nina and her Neighbor Erin oversaw the procedures and checked the work upon completion. Urgent Service Call Rate + Labor and Parts were Authorized by the Client.

The employees are very friendly & nice. Good selection of stock. Not had good luck having keys made here two of the four times I have been here. The 2 other visits were to return the poorly cut keys. Prices are higher than other locksmiths I use frequently.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in an emergency situation. I called this place on a Saturday night help. I was told by the answering service that the locksmith would call me back soon. Never heard from one. At that point it wasn't an emergency, I just needed one before work the next morning. I called again Sunday morning, they said sorry about that! I'll let the guy know you are still waiting and to call you! Never got a call, so I went with a different service. Monday morning I get a call from them asking how my service went.😑 Seriously?

Edit- I understand stuff happens and emergency situations come up, but there was 10 hours between my calls. Dispatch could have at least made me aware there was a situation and I was not going to be helped.

We looked into this Stephanie and we were very busy on the weekend you called with Burglary Responses and as much as our On Call Experts wanted to get back to you they couldn't stop what they were involved with. Brought in a third party auto key that I had bought on the internet to see if they would cut it for me. Guy told me that my key was made of steel and couldn't be cut without the risk of causing damage to the machine. I brought it back home and tested with my own magnets and sanded down the back part of the key to see a brass undertone after the silver coating.

We go by our instruments and are not going to jeopardize our expensive equipment because of a Cheap Internet Key Blank from China.
