Every one I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant.  The estimate I received over the phone was very close to the cost of the service I paid for.  They were a little late for our appointment time, but I understand some jobs are bigger than others. I would have given 5 stars, but found out after the service had been completed that they add a 3% surcharge to credit card transactions.  I wish I would have been told at the time I made the appointment. I had asked ahead of time if credit cards were accepted,   but was not made aware of the additional fees.

I went to get some keys made that minute key kiosk couldn't replicate. When I went in the store, noticed it's display of entry door locks. Decided to get updated locks. Horn made my keys and I scheduled an installation of new door hardware. Horn didn't charge me for the 3 keys I had made because I was ordering the hardware and installation. It was less than a week, the installation tech came and put our new hardware on. Very professional and courteous. I'd recommend this business to anyone looking for a locksmith. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and two thumbs up 👍 👍

Excellent place to have keys made, key fob batteries replaced,  or locks re-keyed, they definitely take pride in their work.  Located at the corner of Sofia and Conant Streets in Maumee, Ohio, they will absolutely take care of your lock and keys needs.

This was my first time here. I needed 3 keys made to my old car. The man was so helpful,and all 3 keys work in my passenger door and ignition too. I will always go here for all my keys made😀

Arrived at 9am as sign and phone message says open at 9a. Door locked ... Called no answer. Right after get a call back .... They'll be open at 12:30. I hung up - he calls back. (Get a hint) Don't waste my time. I'll take my money elsewhere. Ha, maybe update sign in window and message on phone.

I have had keys made all over the city and always have issues. Then I found Horn Lock & Key and I'll never go anywhere else. They're perfect every time and they can do specialty keys!
