  Terrible service and rude dispatch. Received a text message that they were at my location to change my tire. I did not see them so I called the number in the text. Dispatch said the driver cancelled the call but gave no reason. Dispatch said she didn't have any answers and hung up.

  They "hired" me as a driver over a week ago. I told them I can't tow, yet they tell me to download a towing app and I havnt received any Roadside assistance work orders since I started. Their app towbook only has the option for them to send you messages. Their is absolutely no way to contact these ppl. Everytime I call it tells me to leave a message

  Sat on the side of road waiting they did not show up nor did they call. I called their dispatch center and they canceled the call. They did not call me to let me know or anything very unprofessional.

  Sorry that that had happen insurance companies send roadside calls to many providers at once and usually cancel the call for other providers. Hope you have a blessed day.
