  On the way out the door to a meeting I locked my keys inside my house, so I called Holdaway's from a neighbor's phone. He assured me he would arrive within 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later he still hadn't shown so I called again and he said he had to go to another job (he didn't give me the courtesy of calling to tell me). He was just going to let me wait another 45 minutes (1.5 hours total). So, I called Jensen Locksmithing. They were here in 10 minutes, and had my house unlocked within 2 minutes, and they were $5 cheaper.

  Yes, that is what happened. I had three calls come in at about the same time. I mixed up the order of the addresses that I was going to. I didn't call him because I didn't realize my mistake, until he called me back. I made a mistake and I don't blame him for the review.
