This is an amazing business! I lost my keys in cedar point and stayed in the parking lot til 1 am! The next day the owner came as quickly as possible to give me a new set of keys for my vehicle so I can go back to Michigan! Love the dedication and service from this company!

I broke the key to my car in half (twisted in half in the lock). I took it to Hobbs, took 5 minutes they had me a new key cut. It worked the first time! Friendly helpful knowledgeable people.

I had to get a couple keys made on lunch and stopped in. Not much to the job, a small sale but the employee was very polite and helpful.  I didn't have any cash on me and the two keys I needed was under the $5 minimum to pay with a card.  I was fine with paying the minimum since it would have cost me more in time and/or ATM fees to get cash out.  Then the employee let me know if I wanted I could get a third key cut and my total would be $5.60. I was pleased he let me know.  I was in and out in a few minutes and will be looking to come back to them when I need future locksmith services.

I wish I would have gotten his name but the man that just unlocked my truck was so sweet. Got my truck unlocked in like a minute, let me sit in his truck to warm up, gave me hand warmers, brushed the snow off of my truck for me, and was just very nice in general. It was a really horrible morning for me but he made it a little better. 10/10 recommend.

Unreliable!  Failed to keep three scheduled appointments without letting us know that they would not show up.    Poor way to run a business!
