  350 miles from home, on a holiday weekend, no one else available, and didn't take advantage of me! Great guy. Friendly. Knowledgeable. And fair... Highly recommend! Came out to help me on a Saturday over memorial day weekend when he had other work going on! Went way out of the way to get my truck back on the road. Even solicited help from a friend who had a bigger jack when he realized how large my truck was, so I wouldn't have to drive further out of my way. Hats off Brent! Good going big bro!

  My van broke down at longs retreat today, so I called at&t roadside assistance and they told me that “izzys” would be out about an hour and 40 minute, well 5pm 2 (1/2 later) my car was still there. So, I called “Izzy’s” and it kept going to voicemail. I ready a couple and reviews and found out he does this a lot. He had also stated that he doesn’t do “roadside assistance “ in a previous comment but yet, has a contract with at&t and accepted our dispatch call!!! Definitely watch out for for this company.

  My insurance scheduled them an it was a hour and 15 min. Wait that was fine, waited an hour and 1/2 called and he said he would call his guy and see what the hold up was, my insurance then called with no answer, he then called them back and said they were canceling due to being to late!! Bad business!! I can only imagine if I was on the side of the road waiting!! Thank god I was not an was at home!! Wouldn't tell anyone to call on them!😔😒
