  Steve was extremely professional and compassionate in his service. He went over and above to make sure we were at a local motel until auto repair services were open the next day. Follow through with the whole repair was performed. Highly satisfied.

  Myself along with multiple friends have had nothing but lousy experiences with this tow company. They do not cooperate or attempt to make the process less difficult. Because of this I have to dish out more cash for another weekend. I was not allowed to get anything from my vehicle even after Identification. I support and raise 3 boys myself. It will take me months to recover financially as well as interrupt my intention of buying my son's clothes. There was a towing place right across the street where I intended on fixing my windshield n getting bodywork it needed. Service is lousy, customer service skills are badly in need of attention. Not to mention a big lack of reasoning skills for the best service.

  We were able to get our ride home safe with no worries. . . A miracle considering we were stuck in the middle of God's country, where a prayer will get you further than your cell phone signal. God bless you, Stanley for pickin us up, a kindness never forgotten.
