  True professionals! They ensured everything was properly set-up chatting and explaining things as they went. Then they spent time to make sure I understood how to use all the features of the product purchased. I felt the pricing was quite fair as well. I would choose them first if you need a real professional that knows their stuff.

  I ordered keys to be made for my motorcycle. She thought they would arrive in a couple days & would call me. I waited about 4 weeks & never heard from her. I called her & she said let me check my "folder" & I'll call u back. Waited 4 hours & never heard from her. Happened to be in town so stopped in to see her & she didn't know what happened to the order. She ordered em again saying they would be in, in 2 days & would call me when they arrived. Waited 6 days & was in town so stopped in to check & she had em since last week. She refused to make em since I was unhappy with her unwillingness to call me & for me to wait 6 weeks means nothing to her. I didn't want em any ways at that point I'll shop where they care about customer service.
